Whether you're an avid Disney Halloween party fan or a first-timer, it's always great to talk about this unique Halloween party. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event that takes place annually at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World©. Compared to your typical Halloween nights, Disney World's version features exclusive entertainment, meet and greet with beloved characters, special Halloween-themed food and beverages, dedicated merchandise and souvenirs, and photo ops.
And you know what's even greater? This Halloween event is family-friendly. Meaning, both kids and adults can enjoy activities such as trick-or-treating, parades, and shows featuring Disney's main characters and villains. Disney just announced the dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you're busy at work and with personal stuff, don't fret, because Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party season will be a long one. Running from Aug. 15 to Oct. 31, this Halloween event has many dates and will run on specific weekend or weekday nights. Don't forget to check your calendar before planning your trip.
Here are the dates for the 2025 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party:
Aug. 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29
Sept. 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30
Oct. 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30, 31
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets will be available for purchase starting on May 15 for Walt Disney World© Resort hotel guests and those staying at Walt Disney World© Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green. Note that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket prices vary per date, and party dates typically sell out fast.
Other guests can purchase tickets starting May 22. Purchasing your event tickets early is highly encouraged, so you get to pick your desired party date.
Guests can enter as early as 4:00 PM to enter Magic Kingdom© before the party kicks off at 7:00 PM. With party dates announced and tickets going on sale soon, let's now take a look at the things Walt Disney World© has prepared for this upcoming spooky celebration.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of the biggest events at WDW. It's quite literally a convention of your favorite Disney characters - from the goodies to the baddies.
And what's a Disney World party without the beloved couple Mickey and Minnie? Join them as they greet your fellow Halloween enthusiasts at the Town Square Theater. They are dressed in Halloween party season outfits, so make sure to be there!
No Halloween party is complete without the good, old Trick or Treat. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes Trick or Treat to the next level with over a dozen treat trail stops. These stops are marked on your party map, so you'll know where to go for the thrilling party treats. Guests can expect more surprises (yup, a lot more than the 2024 event) that go beyond candies and other sweet treats.
Speaking of sweet treats, guests can come across familiar and new cast members dressed in their best Halloween attire. Prepare your pumpkin buckets as the cast members give handfuls of your favorite candies like M&Ms, Snickers, and Starburst. Each guest (including adults) will be given a complimentary treat bag, so you don't have to worry if you don't have your pumpkin bucket with you.
You don't have to wear a Halloween costume to collect candies. Just be there, grab your treat bag, and fill it with the sweetest stuff, Disney-style.

Now, let's talk about the most on-brand Halloween parade in terms of the spook and the sparkle that it brings. Disney World is all things fun and magical. With a darker twist added, Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade is nothing short of phenomenal. This enchanting production features Mickey, Minnie, and friends donning cute outfits while leading the parade of ghosts dancing Waltz, Disney princesses, and savage Disney villains.
Guests can also enjoy sightings of rare Disney characters like Pain & Panic from Disney’s “Hercules,” and Wreck-It Ralph's Vanellope.
Missed the Sanderson Sisters on stage? Don't escape their magnificent spells in this hilarious and spine-chilling show featuring Winifred, Sarah, and Mary. Join them as they try to cast a chilling spell with the help of their friends who ruled Disney's dark and wicked hours. Watch the Sanderson Sisters hocus pocus their way to the Halloween season with Hades, Cruella De Vil, Jafar, Dr. Facilier, and The Evil Queen.
