2. Know your calendar.

Disney World Florida is guaranteed to provide wonderful memories for the family. However, this also means that you will have to know when to visit, and when NOT to visit. The crowd has shown to pick up in number in select days of each month due to special holidays, opening of new experiences/rides, Spring Break, and the like!

3. Make advance dining reservations.

Make sure to book your spot at popular Disney World Florida restaurants by making Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) up to 180 days before your trip. Don't miss out on dining at sought-after places like Le Cellier, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest Restaurant, and Chef Mickey’s, as these spots tend to fill up quickly, often months ahead. Plan ahead and ensure a delightful culinary experience during your Disney experience!

Please note that dining is not included in your discount Disney World tickets.

A cartoon duck character dressed as an explorer poses happily with two children, a boy and a girl, in a restaurant setting. Both children are smiling widely, sitting at a table with colorful drinks and food. The warm, inviting atmosphere suggests a fun and engaging dining experience.

4. Narrow down your list of To-Do’s.

Wanting to experience all of the rides and exploring all of the attractions is something only a genie could help make happen. Unfortunately, the reality is, Disney World Florida will have thousands, if not tens of thousands, visitors wishing to experience all of that as well.

Fret not! We suggest making a list of the park(s) you are looking to visit, rides you’d want to try out, restaurants you’d prefer to dine in – you know the drill! Once you have a clearer plan of what you want your Disney experience to look like, it will be easier navigating the theme park, and heading straight to your preferred sections of the parks. Achieve the greatest Disney experience and buy your discount Disney World tickets today to get the best savings!

5. Rental cars may be expensive. Try ride sharing services!

People typically solely rely on Disney’s Magical Express for their Disney experience, a complimentary transportation service from Orlando International Airport to Disney-owned hotels. This choice is influenced by the high rental costs of cars at the airport, which have consistently proven to be significantly more expensive.

More recently though, people have shifted to using ride-sharing services instead of rental cars a few years ago, and it's been a game-changer. These services are cost-effective, with readily available drivers, ensuring minimal wait times. Combining these services with complimentary Disney transportation offers the best of both worlds – and proves to be a superior choice compared to having a rental car.

6. Gear up for a long day of walking around!

While you do not have to be a trained marathoner to be able to wander around the massive park, Disney World Florida, you would have to at least prepare as much as you can for your visit. To maximize your Disney World experience, wear some comfortable sneakers and clothing that would keep you warm (or fresh!) during your adventure!

A joyful family of four walks hand in hand at a theme park, surrounded by palm trees and other visitors. The children wear colorful outfits with cartoon characters, while the parents are dressed casually. The sun is shining, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

7. You can schedule attraction times in advance!

As part of the MyMagic+ system, guests can now schedule time windows to bypass attraction lines using FastPass+. Accessible via the My Disney Experience app or in-park kiosks, FastPass+ is stored on the MagicBand. Guests can book 3 FastPass+ tickets in advance, 60 days before their Disney World vacation.

While this system might be confusing for first-time visitors, our Guide to FastPass+ at Walt Disney World offers helpful insights. To optimize your initial 3 FastPass+ selections, consult our Disney Ride Guides. FastPass+ is crucial for popular attractions like Slinky Dog Dash and Frozen Ever After, significantly reducing wait times and maximizing your daily attractions experience.

8. Photopass photographers will take free photos OR take your picture for you!

PhotoPass is a complimentary service where Disney photographers capture pictures of you against park backdrops and scenic spots. Typically, the photos are free to be taken, but there are charges for downloading and printing, including the Memory Maker package. However, you may not be aware that these photographers can also use your own camera to take pictures FOR you. This means you have the option to skip the Memory Maker package!

9. Get some discount hotel deals!

FunEx not only offers discount Disney World tickets, but also discounts on hotel stays that would save you more than a few bucks on your reservations! Explore our hotel deals HERE !
